Refund Policy
Digital access
Access passes provide instant, full access to the curated vehicle list and inspection tools. Because the content is delivered and usable immediately, passes are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
When a refund applies
If you were charged but access was not granted — for example, a payment error that prevented your pass from activating — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will either restore your access or issue a full refund.
How to request
Send your request with the email used at checkout and, if you have it, your checkout session ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
No partial refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used passes, changes of mind, or expired access periods.
